Hi Tamstergram,  I am sorry to hear about your diagnosis. It really is a huge shock and difficult to get your head around.  I had stage 3, grade 2 lobular breast cancer and in one lymph node in 2013.  Had lumpectomy, chemo, radiotherapy and hormone therapy for 5 years.  The chemical menopause was horrendous as I was 47.  In September last year I was diagnosed with secondary breast cancer with mets in pelvis, hips, spine, ribs and skull.  I am having treatment for this but luckily not that many side effects.  It does get easier as time goes on but still have bad days where it gets me down.  I am here to chat if you want to.  You are not alone.
