Welcome to the forum. Radiotherapy to the neck is particularly challenging especially the last week and week after cessation. There are many here who have had this treatment including me, who can give you advice and tips how to get through it. You deserve some support and kindness after helping others for so long. Hi John, I am newly diagnosed too. Just had a neck dissection at a hospital in Oxford. Salivary gland and lymph gland on left side removed. Next will be radiotherapy. My partner died last year, so just me, but lots of friends and support. Taking it one day at a time. Will start my neck exercises today & stitches out next Tuesday
