Welcome to Cancer Chat. I'm sorry to hear of what you went through with your mum, and that you're going through a worrying time at the moment.

I can see you have your appointment today - I hope that it goes OK.

Do try to avoid looking things up on Google as a lot of it won't be relevant and it only tends to increase worries.

There will be others on the forum who have been through something similar so hopefully you'll get some more replies here soon, and we are always here if you need it.

Had appointment.. Something suspicious and one lymph node swollen. So after loads of mammograms, ultrasound guided biopsies and marker out in my breast. Have now to wait 3 weeks on pathology results

But positive thinking… mammogram clear 6 months ago… so whatever we are facing hopefully it’s caught early

Well diagnosed with breast cancer and 1 lymph node involvement. Need to wait on HER2+ve result to see what type of chemo will need.
All guns blazing… oncology next week then on this absolute *** journey of chemo and then surgery

Just feel so angry having to go through this and my family again having to deal with another family member with breast cancer!!!

But to all family and friends being totally positive.. joking and as if it will all be ok because of the terrible results we gave had as a family because of breast cancer!!!  I can’t be anything else!!! But totally devastated it’s happening again to me and my beautiful family. 
But need to get out this head space and positive vibes I WILL BET THIS AND LUCK WILL BE ON OUR SIDE FIR INCE AND ILL WILL BEAT THIS!!!

another week has passed been to the oncologist and still no definite answer of what’s happening with regards to a result of the HER2 results

Have so many questions to ask but can’t until this result comes in!!!

I don’t want conservative surgery… I made that decision in my early 20’s ,when my mum had gene testing!!! Always said take them both off!, if I have the gene!!!

I just want answers to my questions and get this ball rolling of this *** journey and be fine with this by 2025
