New here - how do I cope with losing loved ones?

Hello, I wanted some advice on how I can deal with losing many family and friends over the years who have sadly passed away from cancer and in the next couple of months my auntie will sadly pass away.

  • Hi Delboy08, as Lucie has said there is no easy way through grief, Delboy i grew up in with a wonderful family, my nan, mum, dad and 4 brothers, there is just me and my little brother now and i will always miss them. My way of coping was to do what they made me promise them i would do and to make the most of my time be the best person i could be and make them proud. It took time a lot of support and plenty of tears, i am in tears writing this, but i found my way and you can to, as Lucie says and i agree 100% the right support is so important. Ask yourself what would your friends and family want you to do. Delboy, my little brother is my only close family, and i have terminal cancer and you can guess what i will be telling him please take care,Eddie
