Hello, sorry to hear about your dads cancer. I’m in a similar boat with my mum she has been diagnosed with breast cancer. It’s all I think about, I sit and look at her and wish I could trade places. She’s my best friend

Totally agre with you, I would trade places. Doesn't help that my Mum has a disease too. My Dad is my hero, and I just want to make things better 

Hello Vickie , that is really hard for you all and also so unfair . All I can suggest is to be there for your Dad if he wants to talk or go places and your Mum too . To be angry is normal too , see if you can have a chat with someone too .Is your Dad having any treatment,if there is a Maggies centre near you ,they are very supportive too .Hope you get through this ,best wishes R x

I'm there as much as i can be. I do as much doe them as possible.  Dad is having chemo in 2 1/2 weeks time. I hate the unknown. I've not heard of Maggie centres. We have a great supportive macmillian nurse. Thanks R, regards V
