I am undergoing my third cycle of chemo, I took 2 cans during my second and I deterriated with severe diarrhea. Is this common

I find diet fizzy drinks a sweetener cause loose stools and abdominal pain. I am not on chemo, maybe try tea/milk next time as it's quite bland.
I hope your treatment finishes soon take care
