Hello lovelies.

I am 39 and I was diagnosed with IDC stage 1 (now stage 2) grade 2 ER + Her2- in October. I had a lumpectomy/mastopexy, which i am recovering well from.  I also had a sentinel  node biopsy and whilst my sentinel node and second node was clear, another has macrometastases. I also have lymphovascular invasion. 

I'm seeing the oncologist tomorrow for a chat, because i need to decide whether to go for a full node clearance or just have treatment.  

I was really worried about the node clearance, and about chemo, but now i am petrified that the cancer has already spread and that treatments are not going to work. Night after night I'm looking up symptoms for secondary cancers associated with everything i can imagine-  sore ribs, backache, piles, prolapse etc.  I keep reading really heartbreaking stories about other peoples journeys.

I need to get some positivity back.  I have been mostly positive through all of this but now I'm tired and expecting the worst.

Please tell me some good news stories!!
