I lost my wife to cancer recently and I have never felt so alone. I am experiencing all kinds of extreme emotions from grief to guilt. I really want to connect and talk to others who have been through this terrible period.

Keep taking one day at a time its like hurdles, not easy by no means and glad you two talk daily and exchange feelings its a great way of getting through each day.
I'm ok mate I think we both have had the hardest week imaginable But we have nearly made it And to be honest I don't know how I did it just got Friday to go! Kids keep me going and they also strangling me at the same time if I never had kids would I go to her probably not she would tell me it's not my time ? My heart is empty I can't even feel her anymore ?
Went for a drive today to a place we walked - felt an urge to go and found some white feathers in the spot I was drawn to. Coincidence?
On the way back I suddenly heard a voice in my head say, 'stop!' and so I did and pulled over. I got out and walked around looking for more feathers but I got a phone call a minute later from a travel company (to do with India). The only call I received today. Coincidence?
We will get through this there has to be light at the end of the tunnel Myself and my eldest boy were just on YouTube listening to a Matt Fraser medium and everything you were saying about the other side seems amazing and it's kind of giving me a little bit of confidence x
Go and have a little look mate you only need to do about five minutes and then all the questions we had are there it's about the third one down he sat in his office with a globe and looks like a big boat behind him
