My dad recently died of lung & liver cancer.
He passed away after being diagnosed less than 2 weeks before.
Anyone experienced something similar just seemed so quick.

Hello
Sadly had similar experience.
My husband, Matt, was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer with liver cancer spread on 5 February this year - he died on 11 March 5 weeks to the day from diagnosis.
The cancer raged through him like a fire and my big, wonderful bear of a man resembled a holocaust victim by the time he died - that's how horrific it was and the only way I can describe his end.
Cancer is a spiteful , unforgiving disease.
Im so sorry for your sudden loss - it's such a shock and painful beyond words.
Take care xxx

Hi there
i totally agree hence my username I hate cancer more than anything in the world. Vicious unforgiving b•••••d of a disease ...I never expected cancer to hit my immediate family the way it has but mum has cancer now bowel which has spread to her liver (it's always the liver) she's very depressed & won't talk to us . It's so sad and I am angry at the medical profession for still being so far in the dark ages with cures! Hardly anything changed since 1985! Some cancer is still inoperable some cancer is still incurable.. it's all so sad and makes me despair. Some people can get cancer and live for years but some get it and die cruelly within weeks...I am just so upset at the moment for mum and anyone facing this despicable illness or anyone who has lost a dear loved one to it. I pray every day for a cure but it just seems so far off.
