I’ve just seen your post after having literally just written my own in this forum. My mum passed away a week ago at 69, it just feels so young, I can understand the shock and heart break you must be feeling even still now. I know my mum only passed away a week ago but I’ve been having similar dreams to you and it’s so haunting and been really getting me down. I’m not really much help at all, but I guess I just want you to know you’re not alone. I fully intend to go to some councilling at some point. I suffer quite badly with anxiety anyway and take medication for it (unrelated to this) but I had councilling for that and found it really helpful.
