I am so sorry to read about your sister.  I just wanted to say I know exactly how you feel.  My sister has breast cancer which has spread to her bones, nearly all over her skeleton.  She was diagnosed in January last year.  She was 43 at the time.  She is living life as much as she can but it's devastating to think there isn't anything that we can do to make it go away.  She is incurable which I guess is a nicer way of saying terminal.
