  • Hi, first let me welcome you to this forum which has helped me enormously.  Can I also say how saddened I am to hear your terrible news about your grandson.  My situation isn't the same but it is in the respect of my husband who's 46 has a stage 4 Glioblastoma brain tumour.  But to see someone so young suffer when he should be enjoying life must be so hard, and my heart and sympathies goes out to you and your family.  Brain tumours are so destructive and heartbreaking to watch.  I can relate to that. It changes the person you love, my husband is not the man he was in so many ways.  Somehow you will find the strength to cope, I have no idea where it comes from but you will.  But there will be many many moments when you will feel utterly destroyed by it all, but his love will help you to help him.  Your grandson will keep you strong.  I wish you strength and comfort, x
