Hi my name is Mandy. I am 50 and my husband who is 47 has a grade IV GBM. He had it partially removed in August 2015 followed by radiotherapy and chemo. He developed heart failure after the initial chemo. He has had no chemo since January 2016 but is due to restart now, September 2016, as there is measurable progression. All treatment is palliative. We have a son who is now 11 and a 20 year old daughter. I am a qualified nurse but I have taken a career break to care for my husband and family.
