Hi Rainbowmolly, and welcome, though sorry you have to be here, and have prostate cancer, as do I Gleason 10 nearly 3 years now, I 'm on hormone therapy, injections and pills and had radiotherapy April 2023, and still doing ok. I can imagine your feeling pretty awful and lost, and unsure about the future, most of us did at diagnosis, it's a tough thing to be told. but todays treatments are so much better than 3 years ago and new and improved ones are becoming available al the time, so consultants don't like to give a prognosis, as they don't know what time we have, my best wishes with your treatments.
