Is it true that the PSA test for prostate cancer is not accurate please

    Hi Johnny5678, and welcome to the forum, though it is true the PSA blood test is accurate only 76% of the time, these inaccuracies are much more likely as the PSA score gets lower, The PSA test is seen as a strong indicator of cancer and for follow up tests to begin, which will give a full picture of the cancer and how to treat it.
