Thanks Naomi. I have only had one face to face appointment and 2 telephone appointments in a year,  which may be normal practice, but I was just getting worried about lack of contact or the limited information I have been given. I have a hospital appointment for the end of the month, but once again it is an appointment,  what for, I am not sure. I will try and get in contact with somebody in case I need to prepare for this.
