I feel like I have something heavy in my rectal-anal portion, which is pressuring down and causing pain and discomfort. Recently I bleed ( blood was visible on the toilet paper) . Is that cancer?
Hello Lucaf and welcome to the forum. I have anal and bowel cancer as well as haemorrhoids and bleed occasionally from all three. The only time i get blood on the toilet paper is with haemorrhoids it's only ever in my stools with the cancer. Though i am not an expert, and you should see your GP. i would lean to haemorrhoids. probably internal. but please get it checked out take care,
