That sounds about right. Covid has affected waiting times for results in the majority of regions.  I waited 7 weeks for my womb biopsy results and that was pre Covid! 4-6 weeks is the "standard" but you may receive yours before or after this - just depends on backlogs. I thought cancer was a priority but 4-6 weeks doesn't sound like it is - as you know it's a long time to wait and wonder.
