Hi I found. Breast lump about 2 weeks ago. I've been for an ultrasound on Wednesday and got to go back for a guided ultrasound biopsy on Monday. I'm going out my mind worrying but wondered if anytmone else has experienced similar.
Morning, thanks for the update. We're the biopsies done under ultrasound too? Did the vague area have white specs/dots did they say? I'm sure if they knew definitely what it was they would have said 'it's likely...but we need to check' hopefully won't be too long before you get your results.

I had that horrid stereotactic biopsy Wed under mammogram. My original apt got cancelled, but luckily I got a cancellation for Wed (at least that's done now). Our MDT meetings are held on Thursday mornings and they have to discuss your case before they call you in to tell you results. I'm pushing it a bit to get mine back on time for next weeks, likely Thursday after and then they'll start booking my surgery apts etc.
Ah that sounds painful and un comfortable to have them under mammogram.really hop you get your results all soon and you get surgery apt ASAP. Really good you got the cancellation.
They did an incision and biospy under ultra sound.ive an apt on weds for the results but hoping hear before. But just thinking no news is good news I couldn't really see what was in the fague area.
Morning, wasn't a nice experience, I must admit. I know what you mean, I asked to see my mammograms on Wed and even when she pointed out what was there, I struggled to make it out. She said it does take a lot of training to know what you're looking for/at and I get that!
It's good you have an appointment so quickly, 5 days to go. Are you planning to ring before then to see if results are in and if they'll tell you?
