Anxiety over Mole on 3rd toe

Hello this is my first time posting so sorry if its in wrong place  I just had a baby 5 weeks ago and found a mole about 3 to 4 weeks ago my 3rd toe on left foot it's small not big dont no one it's from that or its from from suntan on my feet not really out in the sun that much only got it because was walking with boyfriend when pregnant to shopping and was out in the son about 3 weeks ago again because we went to the zoo  really worried that it might be skin cancer doctor looked at it and had said that it did look like it had uneven borders but qhen I showed her on camera as it was a video call she said it looks like a normal mole and not to worry told her I have anxiety about all this and she then referred me to dermatology to get it check just for my anxiety my appointment is on the 4th of October im really scared that it is something and that I'm going to die my boyfriend has looked at it and said it looks fine and not to worry that it's gonna be ok I'm still so scared tho anyone had this happen to them on there toe and it xome out all fine

    Hello angie u just want to thank u very much for writing to me and giving me info on the mole u really have helped me alot my appointment is today so hopefully get some answers on wat it is I really appreciate u taking time out ur day to put my mind at rest thank u so much xx

    Hi angie I'm so sorry to bother u but want some info on skin cancer today I have noticed my toe is itching not the mole but my toe that the mole is on would it make my toe itch or is it just the mole that would itch and also been having pain would it only be the mole that was painful or would it make my toe hurt to im sorry I'm just really worried that something bad is going to happen having a 2 month old I don't want that as he needs me xx

    Hi,

    It would only be the mole that would itch, not the toe. Moles don't cause pain - if they are cancerous they are usually painless. So it sounds as though the problem is with your toe rather than your mole but only a clinician can say what it is. Did you have your appointment yesterday?

    Hi angie thank u for ur reply yeah I had My appointment didn't see dermatologist tho it was a photographer they took photos of my mole and they have sent them off to a dermatologist by computer but on the letter I got it was a 2ww for dermatologist so was very confused but I should hear within 21days about it hopeingbthdy will do a biopsy to be fair as it would put my mind at rest having it checked and also it would be gone so wouldn't b obsessing over it xx

    Hi I'm starting to freak out again found a hard lump size of a pea at the back of me knee so worried now I was very calm last couple of days now im having anxiety all over again think that it's cancer and has spread waiting for results fro. The picturs and what the dermotologist is gonna say I'm so scared again now

    Hello just a little update so I had a letter come through saying they have reviewed my photos but the demotologist thinks it is best to see me in person I don't no if its because they think its melanoma or if its because they couldn't see the pictures properly because of where it is between my toe still worrying about this all I have a question about melanoma I'd tbats ok can it spread quickly and can it be deadly in a small mole it hasnt grown or changed I don't think just gets light and dark and keeps doing that thanks
