I have been looking on line for the urgent referral department at local hospital. The only thing that comes up is the Macmillan help line.

Both, in the report and by the nurse. She told me then gave me the endoscope report after I was coming round.
That was no cancer in the parts endoscope look at.
Thankyou...
No one actually told me.. I asked a nurse.
From what you said. A upper endoscopy is quite detailed
It said on the report no cancer found.
I have a lesion on my liver which they say is from an infection and probably an abscess, so the endoscope would have been to investigate if there was cancer anywhere else,
So many different investigations show different things dont they. I always thought a ct of your whole upper body would show everything, but all imaging and endiscope&colonoscopy show different things.
Yeh I agree..
I've got to have a eus ultrasound. After having a normal endoscopy.
Its all confusing
I have never heard of that. I had ct, mri of liver&endoscope and am having a follow up mri in December.
Apparently it's a much more detailed endoscopic ultrasound..
Allows the endoscopist to get really close to the organs..
Very worried
Interesting. I wouldn't worry it still.doesant mean they will find anything untoward. What is your history, do you a lesion, where x
I'll private message you
Hi,
i don't think i will be having an MRI.
I had a specialist ultra sound scan last week.
Maybe I'm worrying for nothing but I didn't expect to hear from my consultant in less than a week.
When I was already told that my hemangioma would be checked again in 3 mths time.
I will get the results of the colonoscopy, straight away.
Thank you for being there x
