Hello all, not sure if this helps anyone but I had the same issue about 5 years ago and it’s starting to show again now with the bleeding after a bowel movement. It’s usually noticeable just before I am due on my period.

Back along it turned out to be Uterine polyps which were removed during a hysteroscopy. It’s a weird yet fascinating thing to see the inside of your body I must say.

Anyway, after the hysteroscopy the bleeding stopped so I am not worried about it happening again. 

I am 39, 2 children with natural births, had my tubes tied and started pre menopause around 18 months ago although I guess the changes in my period could be due to the uterine polyps I guess if they are back ‍♀️
