I’m at my wits end.
Been waiting nearly 5 weeks to get mum’s CT scan results for suspected pancreatic cancer.
GP can’t help apparently.
Hospital phone just rings and rings and cuts off.
Have managed to get through a couple of times and each time they’re full of apologies, the results are there and have been looked at, ‘we’ll call you straight back’ ... but nothing. Was even promised an email yesterday that never came.
Mum is distraught. I’ve explained how upset she is but nothing happens.
What can I do?
