Hello everyone, I have just gotten changed into my night where and I have this red spot I have never seen before. And earlier today I noticed there was blood in my stool. I am really paranoid as my mum had a cancerous mole removed recently

Blood in the stool is something called a "red flag" symptom that must always be checked out by a doctor. This doesn't mean that cancer is likely, but you should go to your GP just to be sure.
It would be unusual for a red spot to be cancer. It's more likely to be an insect bite, or an allergic reaction, or maybe the start of a zit forming. However, since you should see your GP about the blood in stool, you can show this at the same time.
