Hi im in similar boat but they think it may actually be something nasty so they holding a meeting today to discuss what type of scan and tests to do next, my case is very complex as ive got very bad scarring from previous surgery and they said surgery would be too dangerous, however i would like to tell you something reassuring cysts do cause elevated ca 125 levels anyway and so does endometriosis  so try not to think the worst. I hope this helps but I know exactly what you are going through, I may hear tomorrow or friday whats going to happen with me. I hope you find out soon.

Sorry to hear you are going through this too. I hope you find out quickly. Its the not knowing and waiting that is so hard.
That's reassuring to know about the blood test. I've had huge benign cysts that I had to have drained in the past and my bloods were always normal so I'm just worrying this time. 

Trying to keep busy while I wait and thinking positive.

Its horrible waiting for answers. I too have had very large cysts in past and never a word said  about cancer in the past. I really hope you hear something soon.
