What does the spermatic tube coming out of the testicle feel like I think it is just that but the pain in my testicles still working I am looking forward to the replies

Just on a technical note, it's not a good idea to reply to your own posts since others may see there's a reply there and not bother to add their own, thinking that the post has already been answered.  You can always edit your posts if you think of something more to say. 

You really should see your GP.  Pain in the testicles can have numerous causes, most of which are completely harmless and self-limiting, but if it's an infection then it may well need antibiotics.  And you don't have to be sexually active to get an infection! 

You can see pictures of the anatomy of a testis if you Google "testicle epididymis" and select images.  The epididymis is a structure that starts at the top of the testis and runs down the back.  This can get inflamed and infected and when that happens the pain is usually at the top of the testis.  Even when the epididymis is healthy you can usually feel it as a little lump at the top of the testis.  If you feel a lump elsewhere then check with your GP.  Remember, most testicle lumps are harmless so there's no need to be unduly worried.
