I have recently discovered a lump in my forearm about the size of a small marble. I have been getting shoulder and upper back pain that comes and goes, almost like a pulled muscle, I'm feeling tired and lathargic but having trouble sleeping and I've noticed I'm becoming quite forgetful which I've been putting down to my age (53).the lump is hard and a little tender.
