Hi guys, I've just noticed a tiny (and I mean very very small) lump in my left testicle. I noticed this just a few moments ago but can sometimes not feel the small lump. This lump is probably smaller than that of a pea but I'm slightly concerned because I don't think I've felt this before. I've not felt ill of any kind recently and I dont feel pain in the testicular area (I'm not sure if that makes a difference). 

Any help/advice on this situation and what to do next would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
