Hi Kimmy90. Welcome to the forum.

Only a doctor can tell for certain, but these may be harmless dermatofibromas, or something else equally benign.  I have had one on my leg for over 10 years.  At first it was a red lump, but now it's flattened so it's level with skin, leaving a slightly reddened area that you can hardly notice.

There are a number of benign (harmless) lumps that can grow on the skin, so you can't assume that it's cancer.

I have read up about Dermatofibroma and it says that they rarely multiple, I have another one that has appeared. Obviously I am praying it isn't any form of skin cancer but I have had these for nearly 5 years now. I go to the doctors on Wednesday so hopefully I will figure out what they are.

It's good that you are getting them checked by your GP. They could be quite innocent - as Telemando suggests, they could be Dermatofibroma. I had three that appeared over the years and one kept bleeding and scabbed. My derm was concerned it may actually have been a basal cell carcinoma but the biopsy confirmed it was a Dermatofibroma. If not, there are other skin conditions it could be. It's highly unusual for several basal cells (easily treated and non invasive) or melanoma to appear at the same time so try not to think the worst. Good luck and please let us know how you get on.
