Actually, it's probably nothing to do with the colonoscopy but best not to take any chances.
I suggest you contact your GP surgery and ask to speak to a doctor urgently; tell the receptionist you had a recent colonoscopy and it may be connected.
Alternatively, you could get back in contact with the hospital department that did the procedure.
