Just after a little bit if advice. I noticed a small lump in my neck (left side above ny collarbone) back in February time. I left if for a few weeks to see if it would go away on its own. I have not been unwell so did not think much of it. At the start of April i rang my GP who said to monitor it. By July it had not disappeared so i had an appointment at my doctors. They confirmed it was swelling in my lymph node and i have an ultrasound booked for the 7th August. I have googled and terrifyed myself in the process. I have not had any other symptoms but since my GP appointment have been feeling achy and run down (although this maybe stress).
After the appointment how long am I likely to wait for the results. I am driving myself sick with worry.
Any advice would be appreciated.
