That's exactly like me. My blood pressure also goes quite low at times. I feel dizzy regularly but some days I have felt better. The ongoing fevers and fatigue remind me so much of when I had glandular fever years ago. That took me a long time to get over that. To be honest I'm just really relieved it's this virus because it seems I've escaped getting it really badly. I take steroid inhalers for my asthma and thought for sure if I got it I'd end up in hospital. Weirdly my asthma hasn't been affected. This is why the hospital sat it's such a strange virus as if affects people so differently and they really don't know enough about it yet. I've had this so long now I feel like it's never going to go away! I guess all we can both do is rest when we can. Xx

Hello! I hope today is a good day for you and you feel better! I woke up ok with 37.6 temp but i feel fine so far... only my right ear feels muffled i dont know why probably i have been taking my temperature too much and i pushed all the wax inside. Temp is so much better when is not so hot outside. I try to fix my health anxiety too as i know can make things worse xx

Hi it's my bday today! My family are giving me a lovely day but still having to dose up for it. Begin to wonder if this will ever go . I'm sure it will! Never had anything like it. Hope you feel better soon xxx

Happy birthday!!!! i hope you had a lovely day and forgot about this fever for a while... to be honest mine keeps being 37.6 but as soon as i stand up to do something in 10 mins it goes to 37.8/9 depends... tomorrow i will be going for a chest xray i wonder if they send the report to gp or they can tell me straight away..?! 
I will also book an appointment for gp to see me cmvecause all appointments so far have been through the phone

i just had results from urine/ chest xray all fine. Im seeing gp tomorrow so she can give me a check over.. what other tests did u do so i can ask for?

If i were you id ask if an antibody test is possible for covid. Quite possible you've had it based on your symptoms which have been the same as mine. The covid test often shows up negative if it's not done in the early stages. 
I'm still tired easily but since Tuesday of this week my temps have been lower. Only going up to 37.5. Often 37.3 or 4. Previously they were hitting up to 38. I had a week a few weeks ago where the temps were lower and they went up again. I'm hoping this time they will continue to go a little bit lower and stay there since this has been since around 14th March.

Happy to hear that. Today i had to change appointment so will see gp on Wednesday. 
past two days my temp didnt go up above 37.6 but today again is gone up to 37.8.... im very worried as it does not stop going up....

Hi, mine stayed down the last three days to about 37.3 or 4. It did this a couple of weeks ago. Today it's back up again to around 37.7. I'm not worried though. This will stop eventually. It's just taking its time. Hopefully it's the same for you too xx
