hi...after having no periods for about 16 months i had a bleed for 5 days in january..i went to doctors who sent me for a vaginal scan..the lady doing the scan said my ovaries were ok but the lining of my womb was still a bit thick hence maybe the reason for my bleed..
I got message from my doctor later that day to ask to make an appt to discuss my results...i called the doctors who made an appt for me two weeks later i explained to the receptionist i was a bit concerned as the doctor has text me the same afternoon she said it didnt have urgent on my notes so that eased me a bit
I finally got to see A doctor yesterday as i had to cancel previous appt due to circumstances and trying to get a doctors appt at my surgery is like trying to win the lottery.
The doctor looked at my results without any explanation as to why she printed me off a leaflet explaining a fast track cancer referral gave it to me touched .my hand and said not to worry but just by giving me that leaflet hsd already put me on panic mode .
i have had the last few week problems with my water works so mentioned this to her which she replied to also mention this to the gynecologist as this could also have something to do with whatever she didnt explain to me ..but i talked over her and pushed and she said to do a urine sample which i did and she end up giving me some antibiotics as she mumbled something about white blood cells in my urine..
the only thing that sticks in my mind is the lady that done my scan mentioning about my womb lining still being thick could this be why they are sending me to see the gynaecologist..
any advice please. my head is going round in circles.
oh forgot to mention had a call today i have appt on saturday and have been advised to take a pain killer in case they have to do an examination.
thanks in advance
