I got my biopsy results today & I was very anxious all week waiting . My biopsy came back benign but I will be having another one in a months time just to be certain but the doctor was confident that all will be ok . Try not to panic I know it's very difficult. Keep yourself busy in the meantime, you won't pass out just keep positive xx

you are not alone. I had biopsies last year an inconclusive so just reviewed today . 

I will be having more scans . 

You asked for tips ,I had previously suffered from severe anxiety so listening to my family just didn’t help as I know I tend to go overboard about these things. My best tips would be to use any strategies you’ve used before to hep with anxious situations,  and I found that the information from this website helpful.

things for me are, listening to my favourite music, not being there for needy friends, trying to drink water and sit in a quiet and calm place. 

What has helped you before ? 

I have decided to continue with my plans for helping others and give myself a treat, like a silly magazine to read might help. 

You cant help but panic , but taking even the smallest control of the constant fears will help you face the eventual appointment.
