I have had persistent diarrhoea for 6 months now with an extremely loud gurgling gut. Doctor is referring me for a colonoscopy. Should I be worried?? Does anyone else get this??
It's a classic sign of Irritable Bowel Syndrome. A very common condition, which isn't cancer.
