Colposcopy bleeding no biopsy

Hello

I had a colposcopy yesterday, and as far as I know there was not a biopsy taken. However, today I have had a little bleeding. Is this normal? As I was under the impression bleeding would only be experienced if a biopsy was done.

    Hi, i know this post was a while ago im just wondering was the bleeding normal and clear after your colposcopy? I had a colposcopy yesterday and no biopsies were taken yet this morning ive woken up to bleeding im sort of freaking out as they never mentioned bleeding to me. Help!!
