Good evening everyone, 

i am so so scared right now...my mum had a scan on Tuesday which has confirmed a shadow on the lung, she was then called in today (Thursday) for a biopsy which she was told she would go back in 2 and a half weeks for the results but 30 minutes after getting home from hospital today she had a call saying she’s to go in on Tuesday for her results and I’m in termoil thinking Is it this fast because they know it’s cancer or is it that fast because nothing sinister showed up?? I’ve read a fair few posts on her and it seems having to wait for results is very common so why is she getting in so fast??? Any last experience or advice would be greatly appreciated thank you xx
