Welcome to the forum Gracious although I'm sorry for the reason you're joining us.

Unfortunately no-one here can say why she's being seen so quickly but try not to let your mind get the better of you or jump to any conclusions if you can. I know that's much easier said than done but it may just be that an earlier appointment became available so they're able to see your mum sooner than first thought. 

I do hope you receive some advice and feedback from other members soon but whilst you wait I just want to wish you and your mum all the best for Tuesday. We'll have our fingers crossed for good news Gracious.

Hi Steph thank you for your reply, I have run though every scenario in my head but the not knowing is awful, we are trying to carry on as a normal family but i can see the hurt this is causing my mum so in a Way bringing her appointment forward is a good thing because it’s  less time to wait, for one word to cause so much hurt and upset just amazes me!!! It’s one word but has so much attached to it....I’ve never wished a weekend away the way I have done this weekend. We just need to know so can tackle it head on if needs be, thank you again for your reply
