Hi there my first post. I'm 35, 2 kids. 

Background, for the past 12 months I have been getting a pinching /pulling feeling in the area between my left breast and arm pit. It's painful when pressed. It comes and goes and a few weeks can go by with nothing.

For the past 2 weeks it has returned with intensity, along with aching and burning around down my arm, armpit, across my chest and up the side of my neck. 

I have very very lumpy/ropey breasts. Went to doctors and she said she could feel thickening in that breast and has referred me to the breast clinic. She says she thinks could be fibroadenoma?I have no nipple or skin changes. 

After googling and reading posts on here I'm convinced I have cancer and that's its spread to lymph nodes. Noone can tell me either way on here but has anyone experienced similar and it has just been fibroadenoma? I have noone to talk to as I haven't told my husband or my family Thanks
