Hey, had a CT scan on friday, just wondering average wait time for results?

Also my haemotologist at my last appointment made another to see him the first week of Jan, would he wait till then to give me results or see me sooner? 

I feel like if I dont hear anything its likely fine but I dont want to potentially relax and then be hit with bad news in Jan, iykwim. 

I've looked for similar stories but seems to be a mixed bag really. Thank you :)
