hard lump on testicle

i found a hard lump on my testicle on the 27th of january and it hasnt changed shape since, but recently i have been noticing ambdominal pain and back pain and excess liquid in my sack which i have noticed are all symptoms of testicular cancer. i put my phone torch light against my testicle and my testi didnt look any different even where the lump is. any suggestions?

Hi Pat and welcome to the forum.
I'm sorry for the symptoms you've been experiencing at the moment but only a GP will be able to tell you more so the best thing to do is book an appointment to see them when you can (you should be able to request a male doctor if it would make you feel more comfortable and have one working at your surgery) and keep a note of what you've said here so you can take it with you when the time comes.
Fingers crossed everything will turn out to be o.k.

Welcome to the forum.
I am not a doctor, but I do know that most lumps are harmless. Nevertheless, you need to see a doctor. I'm afraid that no one can give you a diagnosis over the internet.
