I have been receiving testicle pain on both sides for around 3 weeks I visited a&e and they gave me ibuprofen which I took and the pain has gotten better I also visited my gp and they said I should take an ultrasound test however I saw a little lump on the top of my testicle which I can move around however it doesn't hurt i also got abdominal pain and sometimes back pain the pain is getting better also my testicle has gotten hard and no longer hurts when I press it also I can't get an erection can anyone help
