Ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound progress

Hi all so I am 24, TMI WARNING

I went to the doctor recently complaining as I hadent had a propper period but brown spotting for 3 months I had pain during sex loss of appetite lost a stone in weight and constantly peeing ( this is the wierd bit ) I did a pregnancy test come back positive however IM NOT PREGNANT!!! 

ANYWAY so he sent me for the ultrasounds above and the nurses didnt tell me much but I heard her say to the other lady 8.5 on left

So I'm assuming this could be a cyst anyway I was just wondering if anyone had a large cyst and whether it resulted in cancer I'm going out of my mind as I got 2 young kiddies and I'm super scared :(

    Not a clue i have finally had a period after 3 months without one and its come with a vengeance! I have re booked my doctors for Monday as he also wanted me to have a smear done so I'll keep everyone updated on what's said/done!
