It's difficult to reply, where are you experiencing the cramps? Are they menstrual like cramps and are they happening in between periods?
Cramps on their own probably aren't anything to be worried about, but if they continue and/or you are concerned, it would be best to speak to your doctor, no-one on here will be able to give you proper medical advice. Try not to worry, there are so many reasons why you could be experiencing pain, cancer is fairly unlikely to be one of them.
