my my name is Nabeel, 27 from Chicago. I just wanted to say that, if you’re having symptoms please get them checked out ASAP because half the time we are worrying and depressed for nothing. I’ve been following posts on here for a while because I was absolutely certain I have cancer but after a colonoscopy came clear, I’m happy to say I dont

My symptoms were:

change in bowel movements

blood in stool

mucus with stool

tenesmus

abdominal pain and constant gas

elevated liver enzymes (making me think it’s spread)

swollen neck lymph nodes(ct scan said it didn’t look abnormal)

Thin stools

weight loss

I was almost absolutely certain I had cancer , was already looking up treatments and planning on how to tell the family. I didn’t sleep for weeks and I haven’t had a meal in days. Please go get checked as it may be nothing seriously wrong. All they found was an internal hemorrhoid. No disrespect to the amazing strong people battling this disease, I appreciate you and I support you in your battle. God bless you all
