Could my Daughter have Lymphoma

Hi,

I'm new here and I'm not sure if I have posted this message twice because I cant find my first post if I have I'm sorry lol

My daughter is 16 found a lump in her armpit 6 weeks ago, went to the G.P the next day and there were a few in her armpit, groin and collarbone,  went for urgent bloods tests they came back the next day and doctor said they were all clear which is a good sign. Sent for glandular fever tests which came back a week later 2 negative and 2 positive results?? Which said could have had the ebv virus when she was younger used to suffer alot with her tonsils and had them removed 5 years ago so said could be an old or new infection. Did another examination that day and lumps are in both armpits, collarbone and both side of groin, was referred to hospital for urgent scans. When I rang the hospital for timescale to see if we could work around her exams bless she is sitting her Gcses at moment they said middle to end of June?? Even though urgent they are very busy so we have a private scan booked for this Friday 31st may. All G.P said was when scans come back clear come and see me and will retest for glandular fever,  when I asked what are they testing for he wouldn't answer me and i asked could it be Lymphoma if not what else could it be and he said Children get lots of lumps for lots of different reasons. Am i been paranoid or is my concern to be worried justified. Sorry if I'm babbling on would be grateful if you have experienced anything similar.

Thank you for taking the time to read my post
