Hi, I've had blood in my faeces for 3 days now, it really fills the bowl. It is not light red but not totally dark either. I feel like I have no energy at all and my appetite is rubbish. I have a very weird ache on my lower left abdomen and alot of gurgling..anyone got any ideas? Thanks.

Hi all the blood could be hemorrhoids there like a blood blister in side your back passage you could have 8or9 there when you go the pressure bursts some I've had them for ages now some time its OK for so long. But get checked out be on the safe side.. If you are not eating right you can have stumack problems. See your gp to be sure.

Hi Shep55. As always, [@Billygoat]‍ speaks commonsense. Blood in your poo should always be flagged up to your doctor.
