Hello you lovely people

Just a bit of advice please..so I found the lump..have the appointment for all the test next week.Since I have found it my boob hurts..not painful more like a dull dragging pain..then last night itchy!I feel drained and I dont have any diagonises!not sure if this is more psychological!On top of all that I also have a knee ligament tear so having the pre op for that tomorrow!it never rains..ahh!so should I mention in pre op the situation or find out what the outcome is when o have the tests and then let them know?
