Hi there, after going to my doctor with abnormal discharge from my nipple I was referred to the Breast unit on Friday, they found a thumbnail sized lump in one breast, I had to have 4 biopsies taken, a mammogram and ultrasound, I find out the results next Friday. Very scary, don’t know what to expect but doesn’t sound good.

Hello, sorry you find yourself on here. 

Your doctor did absolutely the right thing, you need peace of mind...and only a mammogram and or ultrasound will give you one...the clinic will be a slick operation, you may get the triple assessment i.e...mammogram, ultrasound followed by a biopsy....then a wee wait for results....

try and stay off google, it will drive you nuts....

let us know what happens? Whatever the outcome you can do this...I promise xxxx
