Hi, it turned out to be just a vein I think. They didn't say much about it just said everything is fine. If you feel like you should get it checked then definitely go see a doctor.

no he has no unwell symptoms or any concerns. He's fit & healthy. The two 'peas' are still there but, as the consultant said " nothing to worry about " he has stopped thinking of them... apparently they can appear and just be fine. 
you should ALWAYS tell your doctor though and get yourself checked out... then hopefully they'll tell you the same thing !

Yes... two little tiny-pea sized bits that are attached to inner testicle but can be moved about... no pain, nothing.
